Delete Your Account

This page explains how to request deletion of your Cardarena account and the data associated with it. Cardarena is developed by Intelektualcici.

Option 1 — Delete from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to permanently delete your account is directly inside the app:

Open Cardarena on your device.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

        This permanently deletes your account and removes your data from both our servers and Firebase Authentication. This action cannot be undone.
    

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to the address below from any email account, including:

Your in-game display name, and
The approximate date you last played (this helps us locate your account).

We will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.

What gets deleted

Your player profile (display name, age, balances), game history, pending card submissions, marketplace listings, card ratings and reports, custom skins you created, and your Firebase Authentication account.	User-created cards that have already been approved and added to the shared card pool remain in the game as community content. Historical game sessions involving other players may keep minimal references for data integrity.

Data retention

When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. Any remaining backup copies are deleted within 30 days.
