Delete Your Account

This page explains how to permanently delete your Cardarena account and the data associated with it. Cardarena is developed by INTELEKTUALCICI. Android and iOS accounts are separate - if you played on both, delete each one from its own app.

Option 1 - Delete from within the app (recommended)

The fastest way to permanently delete your account is directly inside the app, on Android and on iPhone/iPad alike:

Open Cardarena on your device.
Go to Settings.
Tap Delete Account.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.

        This permanently deletes your account and removes your data from both our servers and Firebase Authentication. If you are in a game at that moment, the app leaves it first so the other players can continue. This action cannot be undone, and all coins, diamonds, items and progress are lost.
    

Option 2 - Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or your device, you can request deletion by email. Send a message to the address below from any email account, including:

Your in-game display name,
Whether you played on Android or iOS, and
The approximate date you last played (this helps us locate your account).

We will process your request and confirm once your account has been deleted. We may contact you to verify ownership of the account before deleting it.

What gets deleted

Your player profile (display name, age, balances, aura and level, statistics, achievements, daily-reward streak), your game log, skins you own and skins you created (including their images), chests, notifications, pending card submissions, marketplace listings, card ratings and reports, name reports you filed or that were filed about you, your list of blocked creators, and your Firebase Authentication account.	Approved cards you wrote stay in the shared deck as community content (your account ID stays attached as author; your name does not). Your Wall of Fame number stays as an anonymous placeholder so the numbering is unbroken; your name and account ID are removed from it. Purchase records (product, transaction ID, time, account ID) are kept as long as accounting and tax law require and to handle refunds of already-deleted accounts. Games still within their 24-hour window may keep a snapshot of your name and actions until they expire; per-game fair-play timing records expire after 30 days; other players' block lists may keep your account ID.

What deletion does not touch

Your Google Play Games or Game Center account - those belong to Google and Apple and are managed in their settings.
Videos you recorded and saved to your Photos or Gallery - they are on your device, outside the app.
Your Cardarena account on the other platform, if you also played there.

Data retention

When you delete your account, your data is removed from our active systems immediately. It stays in backup copies only until those copies are deleted or overwritten, is not used in the meantime, and would be deleted again if a backup ever had to be restored.
