Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Cardarena. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. The app contains social party game content (dares, challenges, group games) that may not be suitable for younger audiences.

2. Account

• You create an account through Google Play Games sign-in.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You may choose any display name that is not offensive, misleading, or impersonating another person.
• You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.

3. Fair Play

• You agree to play fair and not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities.
• Using cheats, hacks, modified clients, or automation tools is strictly prohibited.
• Deliberately disrupting games for other players (griefing) is not allowed.
• If you discover a bug or exploit, we ask that you report it rather than abuse it.

4. User-Generated Content

Cardarena allows you to create challenge cards that become available to all players. By submitting content, you agree that:

• Your content must not be illegal, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or promoting violence or self-harm.
• Your content must not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights.
• You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, modify, and distribute your submitted content within the app.
• We reserve the right to review, reject, modify, or remove any user-generated content at our discretion.
• Other players may rate and report your content. Content that receives poor ratings or reports may be removed.

5. In-Game Economy

• Cardarena features virtual currencies (coins and diamonds) and virtual items (skins, chests).
• Virtual currencies and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, rewards, and the in-game economy at any time.
• In-game marketplace transactions between players are final once completed.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use the app for any illegal purpose.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
• Attempt to access other players' accounts or data.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app.
• Use the app to distribute malware or spam.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent bans or manipulate the game.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

Grounds for account action include but are not limited to: cheating, exploiting, harassment, submitting prohibited content, or any behavior that negatively impacts the experience of other players.

8. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, code, graphics, sounds, and game mechanics are owned by Intelektualcici or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Cardarena is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for:

• Loss of in-game progress, currencies, or items due to technical issues.
• Disputes between players during game sessions.
• Content created by other users.
• Service interruptions or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelektualcici shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance. For significant changes, we may notify you through the app.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Croatia.
